With a Master’s degree in Molecular Science, Dave takes an analytical approach to all aspects of business and isn’t convinced unless there are stats to back it up. Megan brings close to two decades of experience in high-volume customer service. She loves the concept of tiny homes and hopes to build one as a cottage escape someday. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, cooking meals with her husband, relaxing at the cottage or exploring the outdoors with their two Bernese Mountain Dogs.

Allan has over 18 years of experience in the residential/commercial construction industry. He possesses a passion for construction and innovative techniques to update living spaces. With a natural talent for connecting with people and an excellent eye for detail, when he isn’t trying to put together the perfect deal, he can be found fishing or at the beach with my family.

Brooke comes from an outdoor retail background, where she built strong customer service skills before moving into account and project management, where she has been for the last 15 years before joining the team. In her downtime, Brooke enjoys spending time travelling and cooking epic meals with her husband, relaxing at the cottage or exploring the outdoors with their two Bernese Mountain Dogs.

Diana is a University of Waterloo graduate and a designated accountant with over 20 years of working at large corporate companies in reporting and compliance. She is excited to work for this entrepreneurial team, helping it grow into a big success. She comes from a family that has invested in multi-residential and commercial properties. In her spare time, she loves to travel, do yoga, spend time with her family and friends and cook.

Erin Gouweleeuw

Project Manager

Coming from a background of customer service and nutrition, Erin personally began in the real estate world as an investing partner in a rent-to-own home. Her interest in refinishing furniture and providing facelifts to homes in need plays into her current portfolio building strategy, the BRRRR method. Relentlessly helpful, Erin is happy to connect with sellers to provide a smooth and pleasant experience for all parties.

Rebecca has worked as a practicing Paralegal, representing Ontario’s injured workers and now enjoys working with homeowners.  She is a loving mom to three beautiful boys, which helps her bring patience, caring and understanding to the team. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, watching baseball and spending time with the boys in her life.
